Columbus Property Management and Development, Inc., a member of Mission First Housing Group, seeks a full-time Youth Coordinator to support the Resident Services Department and youth at selected properties. Responsibilities include coordinating programming focused on community engagement, youth enrichment, youth education and employment, youth development, and health and wellness.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise youth participants daily, ensuring safety and appropriate behavior.
• Establish positive relationships with youth, families, and residents.
• Maintain attendance records and track participant progress.
• Collaborate with Resident Services staff, schools, and partners to enhance programming.
• Plan family engagement events, showcases, and field trips.
• Assist with tracking program supplies within a budget.
• Address behavioral issues using trauma-informed approaches.
