Job summary

CARE Communities, a nonprofit affordable housing developer and property management organization based in Fort Collins, Colorado, is seeking a collaborative Resident Services Coordinator to support housing stability, resident well-being, and thriving communities.

You will build meaningful relationships with residents, coordinate programs and activities, connect families to community resources, and work with partners to strengthen community connections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, human services, or related field preferred.
• Experience in community development, resident services, or affordable housing.
• Experience engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, or experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with residents, local agencies, and community partners.
• Create and distribute monthly resident newsletters and coordinate seasonal initiatives.
• Coordinate, promote, and oversee resident programs, events, and activities.
• Represent CARE Communities at external meetings and support outreach initiatives.
