Archway Communities, Inc. is seeking a Services Coordinator to support residents on-site, helping them achieve stability and wellbeing.

You will build trusted relationships, connect residents with internal and external resources, and facilitate programs that strengthen community engagement. The role emphasizes collaboration with property operations, community partners, and staff to identify needs, coordinate referrals, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for residents across Wheat Ridge,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certifications in related fields preferred.
• 2+ years in supportive services, case management, or community development.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including trauma-affected individuals.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and strengths-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee site-based programming and events.
• Coordinate referrals to budgeting, employment, education, benefits, and rental assistance.
• Support residents in accessing housing and benefits resources.
• Maintain relationships with local service providers and partners.
• Document case notes and program participation for reporting and compliance.
• Assist with crisis assessments and safety planning.
