Job summary

National Horizon Real Estate Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Engagement Specialist to support daily resident services, renewals, and community events. The role centers on resident care, communication, and smooth day-to-day operations with limited leasing responsibilities.

The ideal candidate brings hospitality experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and fostering a welcoming office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in multifamily property management or related field.
• Experience with renewals, resident relations, lease administration, or office support preferred.
• Hospitality experience encouraged.
• Entrata experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for residents in the office.
• Answer questions in person, by phone, and by email professionally.
• Build rapport to create a welcoming, service-oriented office.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely resolutions.
• Assist with notices, onboarding touchpoints, and office correspondence.
• Promote resident satisfaction through communication, professionalism, and follow-through.
• Manage the renewal process from start to finish.
• Communicate renewal offers clearly and professionally to residents.
• Maintain renewal logs, deadlines, and status updates.
• Support move-in/move-out coordination as needed.
• Plan, coordinate, and host monthly resident events.
• Track participation and feedback from events.
• Provide light leasing support when needed.
