Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related field accepted.
• At least 2 years in resident or social service programs.
• Knowledge of local resources and federal/state programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assistance by connecting residents to services.
• Educate residents on services, eligibility, and processes.
• Organize activities to promote engagement and community.
• Liaise between residents, property management, and providers.
• Maintain confidential resident files and prepare quarterly summaries.
• Advocate for residents and address barriers to services.
