Job summary

Related Affordable is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator at our Courthouse Square community in Denver to enhance residents' quality of life by connecting them to essential services and fostering a supportive, engaged neighborhood.

You will educate residents on programs, organize activities, coordinate with property management and providers, and maintain confidential case files and reports to measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Public Health, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in resident/social service programs (preferably in affordable housing).
• Strong knowledge of local community resources and federal/state programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based reporting systems.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive issues.
• A strong passion for social action and preserving affordable housing.
• Accountability, reliability, and proactive problem-solving with a resident-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assistance to residents by identifying and connecting them to appropriate services.
• Educate residents and families on services, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
• Organize activities to encourage resident engagement and a supportive network.
• Liaise between residents, property management, and external service providers.
• Maintain confidential resident files and prepare quarterly service summaries.
• Advocate for residents by facilitating access to resources.
• Collaborate with property management to plan events and develop volunteer programs.
