Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident service requests within the assigned market.
• Intake, vet, and coordinate resident service requests with maintenance providers.
• Interact with residents professionally and collaborate with internal teams.
• Deliver high level of customer service across phone, email, written, and in-person interactions.
• Perform vendor management tasks and provide training aligned with company protocols.
• Manage workload and adhere to department KPIs.
• Respond to incoming email inquiries with timely and accurate communication.
• Maintain organized filing on company shared drive.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
