Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in single-family or multi-family rental industry.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident service requests, maintaining professionalism.
• Intake and coordinate service requests with maintenance providers for timely completion.
• Interact with residents politely and collaborate with internal teams.
• Deliver high levels of customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Perform vendor management tasks and provide training per company protocols.
• Manage workload per department KPIs and maintain organization.
