Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Administrator in Dallas to provide administrative and operations support to the on-site maintenance team. The role emphasizes organization, scheduling, and responsive service to residents and vendors.

You will assist with hiring, training, and supervising staff, coordinate inspections, and manage work orders while upholding safety and quality standards. A valid driver’s license and EPA HVAC certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC certified.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum two years administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; willingness to work weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from the Maintenance Director.
• Perform inspections of property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Ensure work orders are tracked and completed based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready process.
• Demonstrate professional customer service with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is recorded and documented.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate work orders, inventory, purchasing, vendor scheduling and maintenance reporting.
