Asset Living seeks a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. You will greet prospects, tour the community, sign leases, and handle daily on-site operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate leasing data, meeting leasing goals, and supporting resident retention programs while upholding Fair Housing laws and safety requirements in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Mansioni

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours
• Support annual marketing plan outreach and track leasing goals
• Handle resident complaints and assist in retention programs
