Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is required.
• Assoc/Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Able to form and maintain professional relationships with residents and staff.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledgeable about community resources and city programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing community services programming with residents and staff.
• Create relationships with local service organizations and agencies.
• Communicate resources and programs to residents via newsletters and flyers.
• Coordinate staff attendance at onsite activities.
• Build relationships with community members to boost participation.
• Survey residents to identify educational and personal goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
• Assist with leasing and resident recertifications as needed.
• Enter information into the property software system (Yardi).
