Archway Communities is seeking a Community Services Coordinator to be a key on-site team member supporting residents in achieving stability, wellbeing, and personal goals. You will build trusting relationships, connect residents to resources, and facilitate programs that strengthen community engagement and support.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, cultural humility, and the ability to work with residents, property operations, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee site-based programming.
• Provide resource referrals and maintain housing stability.
• Supervise volunteers, instructors, and program partners onsite.
• Support residents in maintaining housing and accessing benefits resources.
• Maintain documentation and reporting across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-department teams to support community wellbeing.
