Job summary

Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Community Engagement Associate for Covington Creek Apartments to partner with residents and staff in developing programs that connect residents with local services.

You will build relationships with community organizations, coordinate activities, and support leasing and resident services while upholding Fair Housing guidelines and promoting the property's resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to form relationships with community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community services programming with residents and local providers.
• Create relationships with local community organizations and government agencies.
• Communicate with residents to inform them of resources and programs.
• Coordinate staff attendance at onsite activities.
• Build relationships to increase resident participation.
• Survey community needs to support residents' goals.
• Monitor program outcomes and evaluation techniques.
• Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing laws relevant to leasing.
• Assist with leasing and resident recertification duties.
• Advertise properties and amenities to prospective tenants.
• Enter information into Yardi.
