Job summary

Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc. is seeking an Associate for Leasing and Community Engagement to support resident programs and partnerships.

This role acts as a liaison between residents, site staff and management, connecting residents with services and opportunities to enhance wellbeing. You will assist with leasing tasks and resident communications, build relationships with local organizations, and help monitor program outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to form and maintain relationships with residents and community partners.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of local resources and community services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing community services programming.
• Create relationships with local community service organizations and government agencies.
• Effectively communicate with residents to inform them of resources and programs.
• Coordinate with site staff to ensure staff attendance at onsite activities.
• Build relationships to increase resident participation.
• Assist with leasing and resident recertifications.
• Enter information into property software (Yardi) and promote the AHF brand.
