Job summary

Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc. seeks an Associate, Leasing/Community Engagement to partner with residents, site staff, and local agencies to develop services and foster a strong, welcoming community.

The role includes coordinating programming, promoting resident resources, recruiting partners, managing leasing tasks in Yardi, and ensuring Fair Housing compliance. You will engage residents and support staff while building partnerships across the property.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Able to form and maintain professional relationships with residents and staff.
• Strong organizational, time management and project management skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Knowledge of local community resources.
• Knowledge of Yardi, MS Office and Google Workspace (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing community services programming.
• Create relationships with community service organizations and agencies.
• Communicate resource information to residents via newsletters, flyers, and bulletin boards.
• Coordinate staff attendance at onsite activities.
• Build relationships to increase resident participation.
• Survey community needs to support residents' goals.
• Monitor program outcomes and evaluate results.
• Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
• Assist with leasing tasks: present properties and process applications.
• Advertise properties using multiple media and materials.
• Enter information into Yardi and other property software.
• Support the Community Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Promote AHF Customer Service brand.
• Other duties as assigned.
