Job summary

Carroll Lutheran Village, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales & Move-In Coordinator to join our Sales team. This role focuses on coordinating the entire move-in process, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and delivering outstanding service to residents and families.

You will meet depositors, arrange finishes, manage move-in logistics, and maintain meticulous CRM records while collaborating across departments to ensure timely occupancy and a seamless resident experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related administrative experience in a sales or service environment.
• Proven ability to manage inquiries, schedules, and documentation with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in process including applications, approvals, and paperwork.
• Manage leads distribution and update CRM with moves, occupancy, and inventory.
• Provide hospitality to prospective residents and families.
• Assist with marketing events, seminars, and reporting.
• Support Resident Ambassador Program activities and turnover coordination.
