Job summary

Carroll Lutheran Village - a Lutheran Social Ministries of Maryland Community seeks a Full-Time Sales & Move-In Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure a smooth resident move-in process. The role emphasizes customer service to residents, families, and prospective community members.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00am–5:00pm, with occasional evening events. Collaboration with Facilities and marketing is key for successful turnovers, occupancy, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of related administrative experience in a sales office or similar environment.
• Aline CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with depositors to select finishes and coordinate move-in readiness.
• Coordinate all move-in steps: applications, approvals, paperwork, and logistics.
• Manage calls, messages, and correspondence for the sales team.
• Maintain leads, move-in, occupancy, and inventory records.
• Assist residents, families, and visitors with inquiries and referrals.
• Support planning of marketing events and reports.
• Prepare sales collateral and assist with budgets and payroll paperwork.
• Maintain office operations and coordinate turnovers with Facilities.
