Job summary

Lifespace Communities, Inc. is seeking a Move-in Coordinator to join our Sales team in Mequon, WI. You will meet with new residents, coordinate move-ins, and oversee occupancy from deposit to move-in, ensuring a smooth transition to their new home.

As part of the Move-in team, you’ll work closely with sales and operations to prepare apartments, coordinate move-in dates, and support residents through the transition process with Lifespace’s standard procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, education, or psychology preferred
• Two years’ experience in sales or similar role

Responsibilities

• Meet with new residents to coordinate move-in as assigned by director of sales.
• Manage the occupancy process from receipt of deposit to move in, continuously promoting the community to that individual.
• Help facilitate in making the move to their new residence as smooth as possible.
• Prepare closing packets and coordinates all aspects pertaining to scheduling move-ins and developing move-in guide.
• Facilitate the selections process, based upon current Lifespace standard selections and operating procedures.
• Communicate with future residents regarding notices for projected move in dates.
• Work with director of plant operations and director of environmental services to ensure completion of apartments as assigned by the director of sales.
• Keep all appropriate parties apprised of move-in dates and possible adjustments.
• Communicate with the sales team and new resident to assure apartments are ready for move-in.
