Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming maintenance requests by phone and fulfill reasonable requests.
• Enter all activity into databases (Salesforce & Corrigo) accurately and promptly.
• Maintain integrity and professionalism when dealing with residents and contacts.
• Work in a team to exceed customer expectations and goals.
• Provide courteous, accurate information to residents per service standards.
• Uphold ICAC Core Values.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
