Job summary

Job Corps seeks a Residential Advisor to plan, supervise, and coordinate dormitory living operations on a 24/7 shift basis. You will control student movement, distribute supplies, and track dorm performance related to retention and incentives.

The role includes hiring alongside the Residential Living Manager, providing RA training, scheduling, and evaluating performance, while maintaining accurate records and a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human services or related field required.
• Minimum of two years related experience as Residential Advisor or supervisory role preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate residential living operations.
• Manage movement of students between dormitories and schedules.
• Screen and interview candidates for Residential Advisor positions.
• Train and evaluate Residential Advisors and maintain records.
• Ensure dormitory safety, logs, and student accountability.
