Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; and six months’ experience in education or related field.
• Preferred: BA/BS in behavioral health or related field; at least one year of experience in education or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in daily activities and monitor hygiene, room chores, and meals.
• Provide informal counseling on stress management and personal issues.
• Document student records and input data into the CIS system.
• Prepare reports and maintain logs of daily observations and progress.
• Conduct morning/afternoon bed checks and maintain dorm bulletin boards.
• Communicate between management and students; facilitate life skills groups.
• Lead groups on budgeting, renter’s rights, leases, and chores; support conflict resolution.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
