Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to students to maintain positive behavior in dormitory living.
• Arrange student visits to counselors and assist in unit activities.
• Monitor dormitories to ensure safety and proper behavior; resolve issues.
• Prepare daily operations reports, pass lists, and related administrative tasks.
• Direct students in dormitory cleanup and maintenance; update files and records.
• Enter student case notes into the information system and support career development services.
