Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a Residential Advisor to direct the dormitory operations on a assigned shift, coordinating activities, monitoring student behavior, and ensuring safety and order within the living environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of Job Corps or related experience, and the ability to communicate with families, train staff, maintain records, and deliver quality customer service to students and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of one year Job Corps or related program experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of the residential advisors on assigned shift.
• Supervise and control dormitory conditions; evaluate situations and make recommendations.
• Assist in training and evaluation of residential living staff.
• Maintain required student records and update center information system.
• Provide positive, quality customer services to students, staff and center customers.
• Communicate with families by mail and phone to resolve problems.
• Ensure safety and proper student behavior in dormitories.

Education
