Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a dorm supervisor to guide students toward positive attitudes and behaviors in a live-in setting. You will conduct counseling, lead group sessions, and support independent living skills within the Job Corps dormitory environment.

You will patrol dorms, coordinate with counselors for student visits, and help maintain safety and order. The role requires a HS diploma, one year of Job Corps experience preferred, and may involve overtime.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of one-year Job Corps or related program experience required.
• Valid in-State Driver’s License preferred.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds and ability to assess lift loads.

Mansioni

• Provide guidance, counseling, group sessions and independent living skills to students.
• Guide students to ensure positive attitudes and behavior in dormitory living.
• Coordinate with counselors for student visits and support career development services.
• Monitor dormitories and center to ensure safety and proper behavior.
• Prepare daily operations report, pass list and related administrative materials.
• Maintain dormitory and student files with required documentation.
• Enter student case notes in the center information system.
• Support, promote and enforce zero tolerance policies.
• Overtime may be required; maintain regular and predictable attendance.
