Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a residential supervisor to direct and coordinate the activities of dormitory resident advisors on the assigned shift.

The role focuses on maximizing program coordination, student discipline, and accurate record keeping to ensure student well-being. The supervisor will oversee dormitory conditions, assist in staff training and evaluation, and handle administrative duties such as passes, leaves, evaluations, and reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of one-year Job Corps or related program experience required.
• Valid in-State Driver’s License preferred.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, climb, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform routine manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of the residential advisors on the assigned shift.
• Supervises dormitory conditions and student discipline; prepares records and reports.
• Assists in training and evaluation of residential living staff and maintains required student records.
• Communicates with families by mail and phone to resolve problems and ensure student well-being.
• Maintains center information system and participates in orientation and social skills training.

Education
