Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Residential Services Supervisor to oversee the dormitory area and its staff, ensuring a safe, structured living environment that supports student retention and success in the Job Corps program.

You will manage staff, coordinate coverage, conduct interviews and evaluations, and collaborate with counseling to provide individualized case management. Responsibilities include safety, incident reporting, transportation, and community partnerships.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in Job Corps or related program is desirable.
• Strong leadership and incident management skills.

Mansioni

• Supervise and manage residential staff in the dormitory; ensure safety, order, and a clean living environment.
• Coordinate staff coverage and maintain substitute rosters for Residential Advisors; participate in hiring, disciplining, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with rest and meal break requirements and complete incident and shift reports.
• Provide individualized case management in coordination with counseling staff to support student retention and success; mentor and support students throughout enrollment.
• Handle transportation as needed and build community linkages with education, employment, and training partners.
• Promote a positive image of the Center; enforce Career Success Standards; work with Center leadership on student progress and program quality.
