Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking compassionate team members to lead Engage Life programs and organize meaningful activities for residents in our communities. This role emphasizes creating engaging, enjoyable experiences and promoting an active aging lifestyle.

Responsibilities include planning events, greeting new residents, coordinating volunteers, and partnering with the Engage Life Director. A high school diploma or GED and some experience in activity programming are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–6 months related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and activities for residents.
• Offer diverse recreational activities with supervision.
• Develop programs for residents, including those in their rooms.
• Engage and motivate residents to participate in activities.
• Inform residents of upcoming activities and maintain the events calendar.
• Greet new residents and help integrate them into the community.
• Plan parties/events and decorate the community by season/holiday; coordinate monthly birthday celebrations.
• Assist Engage Life Director with volunteers and services.
• May drive the company vehicle as required by the community.
• Perform other duties as needed.
