The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and leadership skills, with driving responsibilities possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Able to clearly present information through the spoken word with a positive attitude and team orientation.
• Solid performance management skills and ability to document performance conversations and coach.
• Demonstrated independent judgment to achieve company goals and effectively use technology.
• Position requires driving responsibilities; must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements programs for residents to enhance lives and engagement.
• Manages Engage Life Program Instructors, volunteers, and drivers where applicable.
• Manages ARD (Resident Discovery tool) and monthly event calendar, including move-ins and surveys.
• Researches and approves community events, creates a monthly program calendar by the 1st of each month.
• Engages residents to maximize participation and supports sales activities when appropriate.
• Collaborates with public relations to share positive community stories and manage budgets.
