Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1 in Phoenix to generate leases and deliver an exceptional prospect experience. You will support resident satisfaction, contribute to occupancy, revenue, and retention goals, and uphold Fair Housing and company policies.

You will engage with prospects through tours, applications, and leasing paperwork, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the team to drive leasing success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and closing skills essential.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment and community tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and policies.
• Process guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain lead, traffic, and prospect follow-up records in the property management system.
• Support resident move-ins, renewals, and general customer service needs.
• Participate in marketing outreach, resident events, and social media/community promotion.
• Maintain professional presentation of the leasing office and model units.
