Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a friendly Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1, to drive leases and deliver an exceptional prospect experience in Anaheim. You will support resident satisfaction, assist with move-ins and renewals, and help the community reach occupancy and revenue goals.

The role involves tours, accurate paperwork, CRM/data entry, and collaboration with a team to promote events and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and closing skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment and community tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and policies.
• Process guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain lead, traffic, and prospect follow-up records in the property management system.
• Support resident move-ins, renewals, and general customer service needs.
• Participate in marketing outreach, resident events, and social media/community promotion.
• Maintain professional presentation of the leasing office, model units, and tour paths.
• Comply with Fair Housing and all company policies.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance with company standards.
