Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1, to generate leases and deliver an exceptional prospect experience. You will support resident satisfaction and help the community achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.

The role involves greeting prospects, conducting tailored tours, explaining floor plans and terms, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records in the PM system. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for resident interactions.
• Strong organization and follow-through to manage leasing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment and community tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and policies.
• Process guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain lead, traffic, and prospect follow-up records in the property management system.
• Support resident move-ins, renewals, and general customer service needs.
• Participate in marketing outreach, resident events, and social media/community promotion.
