Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional Level 1 in Phoenix to generate leases and deliver an exceptional prospect experience. You will support resident satisfaction and help the community meet occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, explain floor plans and terms, process applications, and maintain accurate records in the property management system.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and closing skills required.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospect residents.
• Conduct tours and present floor plans and pricing.
• Explain leases, amenities, and community policies.
• Process applications and leasing paperwork accurately.
• Maintain records in the property management system.
• Support move-ins, renewals, and resident services.
• Participate in marketing events and promotions.
• Maintain professional leasing office appearance and tour paths.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Maintain closing ratio in line with standards.
