• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and willingness to learn Yardi.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents.
• Answer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents.
• Explain qualifications, leasing procedures, and affordable housing requirements.
• Assist applicants with rental applications and required documentation.
• Process rental applications and forward to the Property Manager or Occupancy Specialist.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packets.
• Coordinate move-in appointments and welcome new residents.
• Maintain resident files and assist with move-ins/outs.
• Enter applicant and resident data into Yardi.
• Prepare notices, letters, and routine correspondence.
• Assist with monthly occupancy and leasing reports.
