Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction at our community. The ideal candidate has experience with affordable housing programs, including Section 8 and LIHTC, and will guide prospective residents through the leasing process while ensuring compliance.

You will coordinate lease signings, renewals, audits, and maintain accurate resident files, delivering outstanding service, engaging with residents, vendors, and owners,

Responsibilities

• Process leasing applications and qualifications under Section 8 and LIHTC.
• Ensure affordable housing program compliance and file accuracy.
• Coordinate lease executions and renewals with management.
• Provide exemplary customer service and a welcoming environment for residents.
• Greet residents and conduct tours of affordable housing units.
• Assist audits and prepare compliance documentation.
• Represent the community professionally in written and spoken communication.
• Drive occupancy and income by active resident engagement.
• Handle on-site operations and team collaboration.
