Job summary

Cambridge Management, Inc. seeks a Leasing Agent to develop advertising and promotions, establish relationships with prospective and current residents, and manage leasing activities to lease property efficiently.

The role requires strong customer service, sales, and marketing abilities, with knowledge of resident screening and HUD/LIHTC familiarity. The position supports on-site operations and may involve weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales in property management.

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings.
• Proficiency with property management software (RealPage OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advertising and promotions for the property.
• Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Market and lease the property, manage leasing documents and packages.
• Enter and track service requests using maintenance software and track unit turns.
• Screen and select prospects according to program rules and criteria.
• Perform market surveys and traffic reports and manage lease renewals.
