Avenue5 Residential in Leander, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals while delivering outstanding resident service. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, tour properties, and ensure model apartments are ready for showings.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong communication with all levels of management.
• Confidentiality and discretion.
• Self-motivated with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare leases.
• Maintain model apartments and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain records.
• Assist with planning resident activities and community events.
• Provide clerical support and process invoices.
