Job summary

Pennrose is hiring a Community Impact Coordinator to develop and implement educational, social and empowering on-site programming that improves residents’ lives and enhances property operations. The role counsels residents, connects them with community resources, and ensures compliance with reporting agencies.

The position is part-time, 16 hours per week, with a pay range of $22–$24 per hour depending on experience, based in the Philadelphia area. Travel between properties is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the implementation of supportive service plans and the delivery of programming and services at all assigned properties.
• Maintains compliance with program requirements and reporting to PMC and state/federal agencies.
• Assesses residents’ needs and facilitates access to services or resources.
• Educates residents on lease obligations to aid tenancy success.
• Addresses rental delinquency, housekeeping and resident-related issues to reduce turnover and property damage.
• Identifies and collaborates with community agencies to provide programming that improves residents’ quality of life.
