Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking an on-site Impact Coordinator to develop and implement educational, social, and empowering programming for residents across properties. You will connect residents with community resources, ensure compliance with reporting, and help tenants succeed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field, or 2–3 years in social services, plus a valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field or two to three years of experience in the Social Service field.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and the ability to travel between properties.
• Ability to work periodic flexible hours and travel (plane and automobile) as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of supportive service plans and on-site programming at properties.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and reporting standards.
• Assess residents’ needs and facilitate access to services and resources.
• Educate residents on lease obligations to help them stay successful tenants.
• Collaborate with community agencies to provide programming that improves residents’ lives.
