Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Community Impact Coordinator to develop and implement on-site educational, social and empowering programs for our residents, while helping property operations stay compliant and supportive services coordinated across properties.

The role focuses on connecting residents with community resources, guiding lease obligations, and improving PMC scorecard metrics; travel between properties and occasional flexible hours are expected to meet residents’ needs and sustain successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services or a related field or 2–3 years in Social Services.
• Requires valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of supportive service plans and programming at all assigned properties.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and PMC Scorecard reporting.
• Assess residents' needs and connect them with services and resources.
• Educate residents on lease obligations to support successful tenancy.
• Address rental delinquency and resident issues to reduce turnover and property damage.
• Network with community agencies to provide educational and empowering programs.
