Job summary

Pennrose seeks a Community Impact Coordinator to develop and implement on-site educational, social and empowering programming that enhances residents’ lives and improves property operations. You will connect residents with community resources and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

A valid driver’s license and travel between properties are required. The role focuses on supportive services, reducing delinquency, and promoting successful tenancy through education and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or 2–3 years of experience in the Social Service field or related area.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the implementation of supportive service plans and on-site programming at properties.
• Maintains compliance with program requirements and PMC scorecard reporting.
• Assesses residents’ needs and facilitates access to services and resources.
• Educates residents on lease obligations to promote successful tenancy.
• Addresses rental delinquency and resident issues to reduce turnover and property damage.
• Identifies and collaborates with community agencies to provide programming and services.
