Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking an on-site Community Impact Coordinator to develop and implement educational, social, and empowering programming that improves residents’ lives and enhances property operations. You will provide resources and referrals to residents, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements across PMC, state, and federal agencies.

Pay range is $22–$24/hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field or 2–3 years of experience in the Social Service field or related area.
Requires a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and the ability to travel between properties and to trainings.

Responsibilities

Coordinat es the implementation of supportive service plans and the delivery of needed and appropriate programming and services at all assigned properties.
Maintains compliance with supportive service program requirements; ensures PMC Scorecard standards and reporting are completed on time.
Assesses residents’ needs and facilitates access to services and resources.
Educates residents on lease obligations to assist them in being more successful tenants.
Proactively addresses rental delinquency, housekeeping, and resident-related issues to reduce turnover and property damage.
Identify, network and collaborate with community agencies to provide programming and services that educate and enhance residents’ lives.
