Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Community Impact Coordinator to develop and implement educational and empowering on-site programs that improve residents’ quality of life and property operations. This part-time role (24 hours/week) offers a pay range of $22.00-$24.00 per hour plus bonus, with travel between properties as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating supportive service plans, ensuring program compliance, assessing resident needs, and educating tenants on lease obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or 2–3 years of experience in the Social Service field.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and the ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the implementation of supportive service plans and the delivery of programming and services at all assigned properties.
• Maintains compliance with supportive service program requirements and reporting.
• Assesses residents’ needs and facilitates access to services and resources.
• Educates residents on lease obligations to support successful tenancy.
• Addresses rental delinquency, housing issues, and resident concerns to reduce turnover or property damage.
• Identifies and partners with community programs to educate and enhance residents’ lives.
