Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Community Impact Coordinator to develop and implement educational, social, and empowering on-site programming for residents across our properties. You will connect residents with community agencies, provide resources, and help improve tenant outcomes while supporting property operations.

You will coordinate supportive service plans, ensure compliance with program requirements, and travel between properties to deliver services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field.
Or two to three years of experience in the Social Service field.

Responsibilities

Coordinates the implementation of supportive service plans and the delivery of needed and appropriate programming and services at all assigned properties.
Maintains compliance with supportive service program requirements specific to each development and ensures on-time reporting.
Assesses residents' needs and facilitates access to services and resources for residents.
Educates residents on lease obligations to assist them in being more successful tenants.
Proactively addresses rental delinquency issues, housekeeping issues and resident-related issues which could affect turnover or property damage.
Identifies, networks and collaborates with community agencies to provide programming and services.
