Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Community Impact Coordinator to develop and implement on-site programming that improves residents' lives and enhances property operations. You will connect residents with community resources, ensure program compliance, and coordinate services across properties, travel between sites, and report to agencies as required.

Requires a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and the ability to travel between properties
Experience in the Social Service field or related area preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate the implementation of on-site programming and supportive services across properties.
Ensure compliance with program requirements and reporting (PMC Scorecard, state and federal).
Assess residents’ needs and facilitate access to services and resources in the community.
Educate residents on lease obligations and tenancy best practices to reduce turnover.
Network with community agencies to expand services and improve residents’ quality of life
