Pennrose Management Company is seeking a part-time Community Impact Coordinator to develop and implement educational, social, and empowering on-site programming that enhances residents’ lives and improves property operations.

The role provides resources and referrals to residents, ensures compliance with reporting requirements, and travels between properties as needed. Pay is $22-$24 per hour, 16 hours per week, with compensation depending on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field is required.
• 2–3 years experience in the Social Service field or related area preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the implementation of supportive services and on-site programming.
• Ensure compliance with PMC/state/federal reporting requirements and scorecard metrics.
• Identify residents' needs and connect them to services and resources.
• Educate residents on lease obligations to support successful tenancy.
• Assist with addressing delinquency, housing, and turnover issues.
• Network with community agencies to provide programs that improve residents’ lives.
