Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Property Manager for a Grand Prairie, TX property to oversee daily operations, leasing, and resident experiences. You will manage contracts, maintenance, reporting, and ensure alignment with company standards while delivering exceptional service to residents and clients.

The role emphasizes leadership, marketing execution, and risk management, with a focus on building a positive culture among associates and maintaining professional knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred.
• Yardi Voyager or similar system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Provide coaching and development to associates and lead with a shared vision.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand and enforce operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaison with residents and corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networking.
