Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX is seeking a Property Manager to lead onsite operations, drive leasing and resident relations, and manage budgeting and staff performance. The role requires coordinating with the regional team to optimize occupancy and financial results.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring policy compliance, handling leasing paperwork, and analyzing monthly performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in onsite property management, including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Exposure to property management software and accounting software; Yardi is a plus.
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community and climb stairs.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• State license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including taking resident calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and federal and local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections and discuss strategies with the Regional Property Manager.
• Assigns and proofs all leasing paperwork and audits lease file policy.
• Additional duties as assigned.
