Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our residential properties and ensure resident satisfaction, leasing lifecycle management, and financial performance.

You will lead a team, coordinate maintenance, and implement strategic marketing to attract and retain residents while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, full resident lifecycle activities (lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management), property P&L, and marketing in line with company standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Create a climate that motivates associates through coaching and development and a shared vision.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand the operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and the corporate office on maintenance and rules enforcement.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and networking.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
