Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join a national leader in residential property management. You will assist with leasing, renewals, resident relations, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent;Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients; walk stairs.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• May require state license or certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including phone calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
