Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Texas to support leasing, resident relations, and operations. You will help drive renewal programs, oversee marketing efforts, and ensure timely rent collections while maintaining apartment communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, repairs and landscaping.
